Pumps

Which pump you need depends first of all on where the water comes from and how deep it is:

• water deeper than 8 m (borehole) — a submersible borehole pump;
• a well or borehole up to 7–8 m — a surface pump or a booster set;
• pumping water out of a basement or pit — a drainage pump;
• moving water in a heating system — a circulation pump.
